I've been doing a lot of reading lately on Biohacking and the information I find is so interesting!
Essentially, as I understand it, it's a way of hacking your body into it's primmest form using many different methods to enhance physical and mental performance.
As someone who is yo-yo'd with weight basically all through adult hood, I feel that this method is so effective as it encompasses so much mental energy as well.
I always hated running, but I made it a mission after my children were born to take up running. As a result, I ran 7 half marathons in one year!
While I don't really recommend doing that (and I find I have way more strength from weight lifting, than I ever gained from running), I was able to tap into a mental space in my brain that I never was able to unlock before.
