Juicing for Wellness!

Juicing is another way I keep my immune system primed! Specifically, I start every day that I am home with Celery juice as the research is incredible on the overall antiviral and antibacterial properties.


Additionally, when I want to give my digestive tract a break, I will spend a day or two juicing.
