Strength Training for Women

Updated: 2 days ago

Now I have mentioned before how I took up distance running after my children were born and that was an amazing experience for me at the time, to help me realize how I could push past any limit I thought I once had. The research is astounding as well as the data supporting how as women age, strength training is single handedly one of the best things you can do for your body and overall health and wellness. #Womenshealth #Fitness #womenempowerment #wellness #healthylifestyle #selfcare #beautyandwellness

Talk about pushing past limits! It's such an incredible feeling to feel so strong and to have more metabolic flexibility than I ever had in my life!
