Strength Training for Women

Now I have mentioned before how I took up distance running after my children were born and that was an amazing experience for me at the time, to help me realize how I could push past any limit I thought I once had. However, I must admit, I have never been healthier, nor had more metabolic flexibility as I do now since I have been weight lifting.

Talk about pushing past limits! It's such an incredible feeling to feel so strong and to have more metabolic flexibility than I ever had in my life!
