As I embark on my own health and wellness journey, I am noticing great benefits from the use of Infrared Saunas.

For one, I travel every single week for work, which can certainly do a number on the immune system. I will say that since I began using Infrared Saunas & redlight therapy, I have seen an immense improvement in my immune health as well many other benefits such as sleeping better, better skin tone and more! #Womenshealth #Fitness #womenempowerment #wellness #healthylifestyle #selfcare #beautyandwellness #infrared


I find that using it post workout gives me more energy throughout the day as well as eases my sore muscles!

At first, I must admit I was alarmed when I noticed my towel had black sweat beads on it, but I quickly found out that I was detoxing heavy metals from my system! 


Now I am addicted to it! For a person that travels in airplanes weekly, I find the detoxification process very relaxing when I am in the sauna.
